Welcome to Semifreddo bay , where passion for food meets entrepreneurial spirit. Founded in 2013 in the heart of London, Semifreddo Ltd., the craft of artisanal semifreddo that captivate taste buds and evoke nostalgia for the sweet memories of homemade treats.
Our journey began in 2012 when, as a young assistant chef in a campus kitchen in the south of England, I ventured into the realm of semifreddo creation. The resounding success among students sparked the vision to share this culinary jewel with the world. With the support of an investor, Semifreddo was born, with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and taste however, faced with overwhelming demand from a major company, we paused operations to preserve our commitment to quality.
In 2018 in the same Bay I crossed my path with a strong personality within the business and we shared moments of joy and transformation, which without my knowing was working towards the same goal, exploring a mindful and meaningful journey.
We believe that every choice we make has the power to shape the world around us and since we started this journey we proudly meet many souls sharing the same values and vision.
And here we are, 2024 in the S.Bay team embarking on this horizon of possibilities.
